Delete your account
You can delete your Flovingo account and everything in it at any time.
In the app
- Open Flovingo and go to Settings.
- Tap «Delete account and recordings».
- Confirm.
By e-mail
Or write to team@flovingo.com from your account’s e-mail address, and we will delete the account for you.
What is deleted
- Your account and e-mail address
- Your learning languages, level and settings
- Every recording, with its transcript and review
- Your progress: topics, phrases and words
- Your own texts and their audio
- Words read from your scans, and your reports about words
- Your subscription records in our system
- On your phone: your recordings and saved data
When
At once. Your account is deleted from our servers immediately and the recording files right after. It cannot be undone.
What stays
- Usage statistics that never contained your name or e-mail. They stay, no longer linked to you.
- Words you added to the shared word list stay in it as dictionary words, without any link to you.
- Purchase records kept by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account.
